Interventional Radiology Suite at Chambersburg Hospital

With the need to offer new as well as expand its services to the community, the Chambersburg Hospital engaged Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates (CRA Architects) to provide planning and design services to convert an existing Cardiac Catheterization Lab into the new Intervential Radiology (IR) Suite.   The design team worked closely with the Hospital’s key stakeholders and the Hospital’s Master Planner, ConfigureHealth, to develop a solution that fit within the constraints of existing structure and existing systems while meeting the needs of all users. The new state of the art IR Suite contains advanced equipment and systems which allow Chambersburg Hospital to perform new less invasive procedures, leading to improved outcomes.
