Based upon a Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates feasibility study the scope of work included two additions which would provide for more beds as well as new or upgraded program spaces. The four story addition provided new program areas for medical suite, classification offices, and new medium and maximum security housing units. The one story addition created a new booking center, visitation processing, storage, administration, laundry facilities, and District Court Commissioner’s hearing rooms. The entire detention center received a new security system.
