Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates completed feasibility studies to determine best options for modifications and improvements to Daly Dining Hall, Westminster Commons and the Luedeke Student Center. The project team worked with the client to tailor these projects to the university population, and created areas for both retail and board operations, while still staying within construction time constraints, schedule and phasing requirements. All three projects were constructed over the summer break and were fully functional for the return of students for the fall semester.
Students are greeted with a full sensory experience as their meals are freshly prepared at a variety of demonstration cooking stations. The expanded seating areas offer a variety of options, from quiet study spaces to large communal tables. The recent renovations increased each centers seating capacity.
