Rusen started with CRA in 2021 and has over 15 years of experience in the design field. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Istanbul Technical University in Turkey. Her experience ranges from medical facilities to office buildings, water treatment plants to police stations, and multi-family apartments.
