Doug Rohrbaugh

As co-founder of Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates, Doug has lead the firm’s marketing efforts, focusing on client relationships, establishing a position into new market sectors and implementing strategy in an effort to support the long range plan and future of the firm. He is credited with launching our long standing professional relationship with Cabela’s Retail, Inc. and establishing their first flagship, destination store located in Hamburg, PA. He served 16 years as a school board member of the Mechanicsburg Area School District providing a unique understanding of the demands placed on school boards. Doug currently serves on the Team Pennsylvania Foundation Board. He earned his Journeyman in Architecture in 1969.
