Brian joined Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates in 2010 and works with project managers as their projects are preparing for bid as well as being on the project site. In the field, Brian serves as liaison between the owner and the contractors on site ensuring the project is being constructed as designed. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University in 1993.
