CRA has designed the new K-3 Primary School for Middletown Area School District, which includes a new 180,000 SF school/District office and a 14,000 SF maintenance building.

The design of the K-3 school responded to the Owner’s desire for a playful and child-friendly building that brings in elements of the natural world.

The new Primary School/DAO and maintenance facility will be located on a campus shared by the Middletown Area High School, Middletown Area Middle School, and Reid Elementary School, all of which were designed by CRA! When complete, the District will consolidate its other aging facilities and will be located entirely on-campus.
