4. SCOPE OF WORK:
The all-new building construction consists of load-bearing masonry, steel joists with metal deck, wood truss systems with both metal deck and plywood decking, masonry veneer, thin set stone veneer, exterior metal wall panel systems, EPDM membrane roofing, aluminum storefront window and wall systems, casework, and interior finishes along with the specified mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. The new facility is located within the Borough’s Grandview Park area, providing parking and support to the facility as well as community events held at the park.
