Mecklenburg County – School Facility Community Input Study

The goal of the Community Input study is to reach consensus on how to best address the educational facility needs at the high school and middle school level in Mecklenburg County.

To achieve this goal, Crabtree Rohrbaugh & Associates will be working with the County Board of Supervisors, and a Steering Committee consisting of School Board members, Board of Supervisors members, and community members. Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates will facilitate and lead a process that includes existing facility assessment, evaluation of facility options, cost analysis and community engagement, in order to allow stakeholders the opportunity to ask questions and provide input regarding the future use and disposition of the secondary school facilities in Mecklenburg County.

At the completion of the study process, Crabtree Rohrbaugh & Associates will prepare, submit and present a final report outlining and summarizing the specific requirements, for review and consideration by the Mecklenburg County Board of Supervisors.
